For Fitsum Lakew Alemayehu, health equity is about fairness and universal access: no matter where someone lives, who they are, or what resources they have, they should receive the same quality of care. The Global Fund’s work is vital to making this possible — ensuring lifesaving HIV, TB and malaria services reach even the most marginalized communities, empowering them to claim their right to health and leaving no one behind.
