25. Welt Aids Konferenz in München
Veranstaltungen des Aktionsbündnis gegen AIDS
Vom 22. bis 26. Juli 2024 wird in München die 25. welt aids Konferenz. Erwartet werden 15.000 Teilnehmende aus der ganzen Welt. Das Motto der Konferenz lautet „Put People First". Mehr als drei Jahrzehnte sind vergangen, seit die letzte Welt-Aids-Konferenz in Deutschland stattfand (1993). Im Vorfeld der Konferenz haben wir zur Vorbereitung ein Interview mit Felix Gallé veröffentlicht, eine virtuelle Kaminfeuer Diskussion geführt, sowie eine Sonderausgabe unserer informiert und ein Buch mit Stimmen von Community-Vertreter*innen der des globalen Südens veröffentlicht. Die letztgenannten Veröffentlichungen sind in deutscher und englischer Sprache erhältlich. Zudem haben wir zusammen mit Christine Stegling/UNAIDS ein Standpunktpapier verfasst, das im Tagesspiegel veröffentlicht wurde: "Nur mit Menschen im Mittelpunkt beenden wir Aids". Nachfolgend eine Auflistung unserer Aktionen zur Konferenz.
